Log into your Bobobobo account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards included to ensure a successful inspection.
Schedule a Pickup
Choose your preferred courier through our portal to arrange a complimentary home collection or drop off the package at an authorized service point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
